CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will not incur any fee. • If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a restriction from booking future appointments.
