CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I truly value your time and commitment — as well as that of other clients. I understand that things come up, but to ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s schedule, the following cancellation policy applies: - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur any fees. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. - No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will also be charged 50% of the total service, and may result in restrictions on future bookings.
